Terms of Service

The Million Pixel Wall (“we”, “us”, the “Service”) is operated by a sole proprietorship registered in Belgium, VAT number BE1004832205, accessible at themillionpixelwall.com. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

You are buying the right to display an image of your choice on a defined block of pixels on a public canvas of 1,000,000 pixels, at €1.00 per pixel (excl. taxes where applicable). The display is intended to remain online for as long as the Service is operated, but we do not guarantee perpetual availability.

1. You select a block, pay via Stripe, and upload your image + destination URL.
2. The pixels are immediately reserved (locked) in your name.
3. We review your submission against our Content Policy.
4. On approval the block appears live on the wall. On rejection you receive a full refund.

• You confirm you own or have a license to the image you upload.
• The destination URL must be safe, legal, and not malicious.
• You comply with our Content Policy.

We may reject, remove, or replace any block that violates these terms, applicable law, or our Content Policy — including after approval, if circumstances change. Where removal is our fault, we will offer a pro-rated refund or replacement at our discretion.

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or downtime. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the affected block.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the homepage. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be brought before the competent court of the judicial district where our registered office is located.
