• Account data: email address, display name.
• Order data: block coordinates, image, destination URL, company name (optional), purchase amount, status.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe — we receive a payment confirmation and transaction ID, never your card details.
• Technical data: basic logs (IP, browser) for security and abuse prevention.

• To fulfil your order and display your block on the wall.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, approval, rejection).
• To comply with legal obligations (tax records, abuse reports).
• To prevent fraud and keep the Service running.

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, file storage.
• Resend — sending transactional emails.

We never sell your data.

Account and order data are kept for as long as your account exists, plus the retention period required by Belgian tax law (currently 7 years for invoices and accounting records).

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data by emailing contact@themillionpixelwall.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données).
