Refund Policy

When you get a full refund
- Your submission is rejected by us during review.
- Payment is taken but no block is reserved (rare — usually a technical error).
- Your block is permanently removed by us for reasons that are not your fault.
When refunds are not granted
- You change your mind after your block is live — the pixel space is a digital, custom-displayed product made to your specification and is not eligible for the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal.
- Your block is removed because it violates our Content Policy or these terms.
- Your destination URL stops working after approval (you can update it via your account).
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued automatically to the original Stripe payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when this happens.
